A 1 hour friendly, relaxed introduction to Yoga Practice. 
Yoga can be seen as quite an intimidating form of exercises but Yoga is more than bending in to all kinds of postures. It is a group of ancient practices for the mind, body and spirit to reduce stress, anxiety, build mental and physical strength, resilience, flexibility and harmony. Wear something comfortable and find a quiet space to practice and come and discover a new way to move your body.
