Learn a variety of valuable meditation techniques including breath meditation, visualization, mantra and mindfulness. Taught by Dada Krsnasevananda who brings a lifetime of experience as a monk and meditation teacher in both East and West. Cost - by donation. Tips: Have a light stomach (avoid eating a full meal) before the class and wear loose fitting clothes that will allow you to sit comfortably.
