SKILLFUL® Talent Series

SKILLFUL® Talent Series, in partnership with Skillful, an initiative of the Markle Foundation, and sponsored by JPMorgan Chase.

Designed to help employers break away from traditional hiring methods and transition to skills-based hiring practices. This training series includes four interactive, 2-hour, workshop sessions starting on April 22, followed by consecutive weekly sessions.

Participants will learn:
- How to focus on skills to attract and hire the right candidates
- Increase diversity, equity, and inclusion by reducing bias in your hiring process
- Retain talent by creating career advancement pathways that focus on skill development


Each workshop will build upon the skills learned in previous sessions. We strongly encourage you to register and attend all four training sessions.
