Yogamatters Community Classes
Yogamatters is pleased to offer you two FREE online yoga sessions, every Tuesday evening with our Community Leader Yvonne O'Garro and every Saturday morning with our teacher Dr Chang Park. Occasionally we will welcome guest teachers.

When are the classes?
Tuesdays 7 - 8pm GMT and Saturdays 08.30 - 09.30am GMT

Who can attend?
Both Tuesday & Saturday classes are open to all levels. The online class has a limited number of places, so be sure to book your spot ahead of the class.

Tuesday classes with Yvonne:
What style of yoga?
Restorative yoga
Class time is 45 - 60 minutes followed by a short Q&A. Session duration may vary without notice.

What do I need?
For Restorative classes, you will need a mat, a bolster, 1 or 2 blankets, 2 bricks or 2 blocks and a belt. Please do improvise with household items if you don't have these items.

Saturday classes with Dr Chang.
What style of yoga?
Hatha yoga

Class time is 60 minutes.
Chang will be online before and after class for 10 minutes to answer any questions/share reflections. Session duration may vary without notice. However we would always aim to provide updates if time allows.
For Hatha classes you might like to practice with a yoga mat for grip and cushioning.
