The popular magic roller lessons are back. Have two blankets or big towels ready to form the magic roller! You want to be able to form a roll which can be 15 cm (6 inches) in diameter and about 1 m (40 inches) long.
When signing up you'll receive a confirmation email with the link to the Zoom meeting = Feldenkrais Workshop. I recommend adding the workshop to your electronic calendar as well. That will help with time zone confusions.
Included in the email are the payment instructions. Please make the payments before attending the workshop.
Some points to consider before joining the workshop:
(1) Get access to the internet via a computer, tablet, or smart phone. Doors open 15 minutes before the workshop starts. Allow yourself 5 to 10 minutes to settle in.
(TIP Update your Zoom App regularly)
(2) Find a place on the floor (yoga mat, blanket) with enough space around you. Have a few towels handy. Wear warm and comfortable clothes.
(3) Bring your curiosity.
We will have a break about half way through the workshop. You are invited to ask your questions and to share your experiences. I will give you the opportunity to interact with each other during the workshop as well. Learning together is fun!
If there is interest we can have a little social afterwards as well.
