TrueForm Mindful Fitness Monday 9:15am w/Simone
This class is a full body workout that blends both yoga and barre, focusing on balance and posture sculpting every major muscle group with weights, fit-balls, and bands. Class concludes with a relaxing yoga stretch and savasana. Modifications offered for those with Osteoporosis or Arthritis. Beginners are welcome, no experience required.

What props you need for class via ZOOM:
A chair or a counter to be used as a barre, a stretch strap (or tie/scarf), block (or cushion), hand weights (or canned goods), a fitness ball for thighs (or throw pillow), and a mat. A resistance band is sometimes used in the class but optional.
