Braising Greens with Ryan Salter
Join Ryan Salter, owner of Salt + Ko and co-founder of Breadless, to learn more about the art of braising hearty greens. He will also be teaching us how to make grilled mustard Cornish hen and his signature truffle mashed potatoes to accompany the greens. A list of ingredients will be available for those who would like to cook with Ryan during the class.

Please consider making a donation in support of KGD's Education Series. There is a suggested donation of $3 per class for GRP members and $5 for non-members. No one will be turned away for lack of payment.
