A monthly workshop led by a mindfulness, meditation and breath work instructor. This workshop is for ALL bodies to experience gentle, mindful movement focused on relieving tight and tense muscles, in combination with simple guided mindfulness practices and breath work. Just what the body and mind needs!
All ages and abilities welcome. There will be time after to ask questions and share experiences. Free to attend, but donations are always welcome and appreciated.
