Oct-Dec 2022: Yoga to Reduce Stress while Building Joint Health, Stamina, Strength & Balance
During this 1 hour class, you will learn safe yoga techniques to reduce stress and anxiety while improving flexibility, strength, endurance and joint health. At the end of class, you are welcome to deepen your yoga practice by attending the optional 25 min guided breath and meditation practice.
