Streamlining intake and serving communities
Learn how community legal centres are streamlining intake

Managing demand is a huge priority for our sector. The community legal sector is working in multifaceted ways to manage this demand so Centres can best serve the communities in our care. In this webinar, you’ll hear about one critical aspect of managing demand, namely managing demand at an ICT-level. Learn how to direct people to self-help to ensure there is more time to meet demand.

Due to popular demand, CLCs Australia is hosting this webinar with Circle Green Community Legal, Community Legal Centres Queensland and Community Legal WA. Recently, Circle Green developed a web-based intake form that allows Centres to streamline intake. Since then, Centres have reached out to Circle Green to learn more. This webinar allows the sector to hear first-hand from Circle Green about the process of streamlining intake.

This webinar is designed for our Member-Centres, particularly those working as Managers, Principal Solicitors, Intake and Triage personnel, Admin staff, as well as Office Coordinators.

At this webinar, you’ll learn about:

what Centres need to consider in terms of legal practice implications, the client journey, and ongoing IT support
