TGIF! Friday Long Lunch Yoga with Kirsten
Yoga suitable for most people including beginners. Sessions follow a methodical and gradual warming and opening of the body beginning with the spine as our first priority. Create greater mobility, strength and stability without the strong sensations of stretch or strain.
