Backbend, Stretch & Flexibility - Marina
During Flexibility & Stretch class we will go through split stretches in order to get closer to our goals as well as spend time working on your flexibility. This class starts out with warming up the joints, spine and muscles, and then works on lengthening and toning your muscles. Focusing on splits, back and hyperextension as well as minor contortions of the whole body. This is an amazing class to improve your flexibility, strengthen your core, and relieve tension and stress.
