Restorative/Yin New Year Yoga Workshop

Join me for 90 minutes of deep rest and delicious mellow stretches to mark the New Year. We’ll incorporate aspects from the traditions of yin and restorative yoga, as well as mindful movement and somatic awareness for the purpose of healing and renewal.

£14pp, payment details will be sent after registration. If times are tight for you, you are welcome to make a donation or attend FOC.

All levels of yoga experience welcome.

You will need blankets, pillows and cushions for this practice.
