Monday - Friday:
A one hour (60 minutes) gentle exercise program that helps build core strength and natural abilities by putting mindful attentive focus on moving your body.

Wednesday:
Breathe-Move-Meditate and Wellness Tips, a new 30-minute class (5 min breathing, 10 min movement, 5 min meditation), for a comprehensive self-care routine, followed by an interactive talk about different aspects of wellness.
