This year, the Nordic Innovation House Singapore (NIH-SG) theme on Smart Cities aims to support and provide Nordic companies an opportunity to expand their foothold in Singapore and Southeast Asia. The three-phase immersive programme involves partnering with Singapore’s largest smart district – Punggol Digital District (PDD) major public and public/private innovation stakeholders. Mainly fostering collaboration and building an economic digital ecosystem for work, live, and play.
The programme aims to connect selected Nordic companies and address multiple problem statements through stakeholder introduction webinars, showcasing opportunities, and tailored 1-to-1 series of business matchmaking sessions. Furthermore, adopting and unifying #nordicmade digital solutions to transform the business and urban landscape of Singapore. For this programme, NIH-SG shares the mission to bridge Smart Cities-related delegations with its core Trade Promotion Offices from Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Iceland.
