Come together for an evening of learning and discussion around building community within the West Chester Area School District. We will explore how social awareness and relationship skills are foundational to a safe and supportive community for all.

Research-based strategies around perspective-taking, gaining understanding, showing empathy, and acting with compassion will be shared. These skills have proven effective in supporting our student's social, emotional, behavioral, and academic growth. Let's create a community where we all can thrive together.

As caring adults in children’s lives, how can we model and
engage in conversations that foster community?

Each session will include purposeful prompts to facilitate sharing, reflection, and solutions-based practices and strategies around building community. All sessions will be engaging and meaningful.
