This collective impact session will be facilitated by Art Therapist, Amber Przybyla from the Institute of Therapy Through the Arts.

Amber Przybyla is an Art Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor Intern in Texas, and currently obtaining her Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois. She received her Masters of Arts in Counseling: Art Therapy at Adler University. Amber completed her clinical internship at the Institute for Therapy Through the Arts. During her internship, she gained experience working with dementia, addiction disorders, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma and stress-related disorders. Additionally, Amber is currently working remotely at the Art Station in Fort Worth, TX. In Texas, Amber works primarily with adolescents and teens who are experiencing anxiety, depression, difficulties adjusting to significant life changes, have barriers to learning in school, and histories of trauma. Her work integrates art-making with cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy.
