Saturday online yoga class
This morning yoga class will be traditional mat yoga. The class is 45 minutes of Vinyasa flow, followed by some stretches before a short meditation. The class will be taught from a community hall with students participating both face to face and online. It is inclusive and accessible to all bodies regardless of experience or fitness levels.
