This online course has wonderful techniques to provide simple guidance when working on trigger points.
Use home props and get creative! Help the body release tension and pain while learning what caused it in the first place so you can prevent it from happening again.
Steps may include:
- filing out a health form with your self-assessment first;
- postural assessment - sitting and standing;
- pain and injury assessment;
- using props; blankets, tennis ball, rolled up sock, or rollers;
- stretching with movement to free up joints and earn when to stretch and when not!
Finding the TrP, working the area, stretching, and possibly applying heat/ice.
