Food production has an immense carbon footprint. Unfortunately, between 20 - 40 percent of the edible food we bring into our homes goes to compost or winds up generating methane in landfills.
In this workshop, we’ll talk about keeping the planet in mind when shopping for, storing, and preparing food, and for handling leftovers. You’re sure to discover a few new ways to reduce waste and save money.
There will also be an opportunity to share your own favorite tips and tricks, as well as a Q&A.
