RFA Orientation: January 4 2023, 9am & 6pm Pacific Time

You're invited to a short (30-45 minute) retreat orientation on Wednesday, January 4. We'll go over how to structure your meditation session, what support you'll receive from Sravasti Abbey, and have space for questions and (possible) answer. This is also an opportunity to meet your fellow retreatants and exchange details so that you can keep in contact during retreat.

Two sessions will be held to accommodate participants living in different time zones:
Session 1: 9am Pacific Time
Session 2: 6pm Pacific Time

The same link will be used for both meetings.
