Me Time - Managing your Mind: Stress – Jennie Dowsell
Join us for our final in a series of 6 sessions with Sure for Mental Health trainer, Jennie Dowsell.

Stress is something that can affect any of us, and in the demands of our modern society, and particularly throughout this current global situation, many of us are not a stranger to feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
Over this 2-hour webinar, we look at types of stress, the impacts and costs of stress, and stress in the workplace. We also look at how to recognise our own stress levels, and look at ways to manage and cope with stress. There will be opportunity for discussion and interaction, and this webinar will be delivered via PowerPoint, breakout rooms and activities.

What is 'Me Time'?

'Me Time' is a chance to do something for your own enjoyment. These online sessions, funded by the Welsh Government, are a place where you can get involved in a range of activities that you may not be able to do normally and explore new opportunities. We will be doing all sorts of things ranging from group viewings of the great wonders of the world, to physical exercise to relaxation and mindfulness and so much more.
