Adjustment of Status for Asylees

An asylee is eligible to adjust status to legal permanent residence after being continuously present in the U.S. for at least one year after being granted asylum. This training will go over eligibility for adjustment of status (including evidence of continuous presence), relevant documents that must be filed with USCIS, and more.
