This 45-minute class begins with gentle yoga movement with chair options, followed by a mindfulness practice and yoga discussion. Each month the class will focus on a specific yoga teaching and how to apply ancient studies in our modern world.

The intention is to meet on the second Tuesday or Wednesday of each month.
