Join Sylvia on selected Tuesday evenings in November and December as we take time for ourselves during this holiday season! Change your mental, emotional and physical state, shift your consciousness and create peace inside no matter what’s going on outside. Learn how to tune into your “Peace Channel” and practice new habits for dealing with stress. Each class will include gentle and relaxing yoga, meditation and deep relaxation.

Classes are offered by donation. Suggested donation is $10 per class, but you may make a donation in any amount of your choice using one of the URLs below.

Zoom space will open approximately 6:25pm CST each Tuesday to allow time for check-in before class begins at 6:30pm and typically ends at 7:45pm (no later than 8pm).
