MiSP Sit Together

We are delighted to invite the worldwide educational community to join us in a free daily practice online. These drop-in sessions are intended to nourish, support and connect us with each other during these difficult times. These 20 minute sits offer a chance to have a daily pause, to refocus on how we can best take care of ourselves and, in turn, of others. You are welcome whether you are completely new to mindfulness or are already experience of mindfulness practice - we are so glad you can join us.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting (remember to check junk mail). Please install Zoom ahead of the meeting (you can do this by clicking on the meeting link) and check that your webcam and microphone are working.

By registering for this meeting I confirm that I am over the age of 18. Any children or young people attending this meeting with me do so as part of our school activities or with the permission of their parent or carer. I confirm that I am responsible for their welfare and their care throughout this meeting.
