We are delighted to invite the worldwide educational community to join us in a free daily practice online. These drop-in sessions are intended to nourish, support and connect us with each other during these difficult times. These 20 minute sits offer a chance to have a daily pause, to refocus on how we can best take care of ourselves and, in turn, of others. You are welcome whether you are completely new to mindfulness or are already experience of mindfulness practice - we are so glad you can join us.
