AUTUMN ELEVENSES – 15 minutes of mindfulness to make your day more productive 
'Elevenses' is an interactive wellbeing webinar that will help you switch your focus to the here and now. Find a break from the endless news cycles and social feeds and set yourself up for a productive week.

In this programme, we'll dedicate 15 minutes each week to help up-skill participants and be more productive in their working week. As well as guided mindfulness activities, there will now be sessions devoted to Exercise Snacking. Understand the physiology behind movements and why good practice is essential in keeping moving and sustainable exercise.

About the hosts:
Dr Julie Denning is Managing Director of W2W which is a vocational and rehabilitation provider to the insurance market and employers. She is a Chartered Health Psychologist with over 17 years experience of working in the vocational rehabilitation sector and is a VRA Trustee. She has designed and delivered work-focused services to support people with long term conditions including, persistent pain, cancer, chronic conditions, Covid-19 Rehab and mental health to return to work when ready.

Mala Stewart is a physiotherapist at W2W, with a strong interest in chronic WELLness (not illness!). With five years of professional and ten years of personal experience of chronic health conditions, she understands and approaches our patients' experience from all angles. She tailors individual rehabilitation programmes for patients and develops resources to support the team at W2W. She previously helped develop and implement a new virtual physio service for a Hospice.
