Each of us have an incredible ability to heal ourselves and others. We just have to realize this and tap into our healing power! Combining gentle yoga and powerful pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation techniques, we'll work on healing all aspects of our Self... physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual. Join us for a journey of self-discovery and inner awakening.
Classes include gentle and meditative yoga, meditation and deep relaxation. Please note that there will be no class on April 6th.

Zoom space will open approximately 6:25pm CST each Tuesday to allow time for check-in before class begins at 6:30pm. Classes normally end at 7:45pm.
