We invite you to join us for a virtual wellness program to combat the winter doldrums! Melinda Applegate, certified in Asian Healing arts, and Kimberly Ward, certified Yoga instructor, will lead us through a two-part session of stress release and healing. Melinda will begin by guiding us through the practice of qigong body tapping to awaken energy using the body’s acupressure points. Tapping is uplifting, helping the body feel refreshed and in balance. Next, Kimberly will guide us through the practice of yoga nidra meditation, which promotes deep rest and muscle relaxation, calms the nervous system and balances the breath.
