Becoming Collective: New Year's Day 2021 *FREE* workshop

new year's day is my favourite day to teach, and I have taught on NYD each year for nearly a decade.

this year I am lovingly offering this year's workshop to all completely free of charge.

we will move our bodies in a yoga sequence to support power and presence, craft personal and mutual intention, and attune to the spirit of *becoming collective* - living into the actual truth of our interdependence - as an anchor to bring understanding, lucidity, and expanded capacity to thrive in the year to come.

I am also delighted to welcome artist, healer, and astrologer Jaliessa Sipress who will offer us a benediction in our practice together.

Expect yoga, movement, mantra, meditation, and song for a prayerful day to open the heart and mind at this potent, precious moment in our time here on Earth. blessings, blessings High to each and all dear friends.
