Author: Jeffrey Powers is currently senior patent counsel at Bond, Schoeneck & King, LLC. Mr. Powers has been practicing patent law for over 20 years. He has practiced patent law in Rochester and Boston, at law firms and in-house (Bausch & Lomb, Inc.). He has an M.S. in Optics and a B.S. in Electrical engineering. Prior to his legal career, he worked several years as an optical design engineer. His current practice includes representing multinational corporations, mid-sized companies, as well as start-ups.
