Wednesdays: Coming Back to Life

Joanna Macy describes her book, “Coming Back to Life,” as a guidebook into our innate vitality and our determination to take part in the self-healing of the earth. The book helps us contemplate questions such as: What has been lost? What is trying to emerge? How do we revitalize our own gifts to help the tree of life? How do we deepen our awe at the beauty and sacredness of life? Where do we go from here? We will explore how we can participate in the healing of ourselves and of the earth. Each session will include discussion, meditation self-reflection, and sharing. Reading the book is helpful, but not required!
