Class Length: 30 min Body Attack, 30 min CX Worx (This is a combo class. You are invited to join us for one or both classes. If you would only like to attend one of these classes, simply log on at the time of the class you'd like to participate in. )
Equipment: Resistance band, light and/or medium weight (5-10lbs recommended), fitness mat
