Planning an Effective Transition to High School (Primary)
For some children (especially those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs or Special Educational Needs) transition can be a very difficult period in their lives and can often lead to challenging behaviour which leads to both fixed and permanent exclusions. Drawing from initial data from the Primary Inclusion Team Transition Project, this course will support Primary schools to design and plan an effective transition for their most vulnerable children.
