Each week in the Justice Power Hour we focus on a different facet of the intersectional fight for justice by spending one hour together in community on Zoom and then taking virtual actions together. Think of this weekly program as a “sampler platter.” Participants get a brief 10 minute introduction to an issue and are provided with a wealth of follow up information to go deeper after the conclusion of our time together.
Examples of things we might do: signing petitions, sending emails, making phone calls, creating social media posts, possibly writing postcards. You are not required to do all the things. Everyone continues to have access to all agendas, so they can always return and do additional actions. uuca.org/powerhour.
