We are moving Wits Workout to once a month on the 3rd Monday of the month at 2pm. Due to the ongoing pandemic this program will be offered in a virtual environment until it is safe to meet in person again.
Based on research that intellectual challenge and social connectedness are two of several factors that contribute to brain health throughout life, Wits Workout has two main goals—to provide purposeful opportunities for older adults to engage intellectually, and to increase their socialization through ongoing group participation.
You do not need to attend every session, but we hope you can come to as many as possible.
