Whether you are new to art or have always been artistic, having an art journal is a fun way to be creative! Each lesson will include a mini lesson from myself or a special guest teacher from the local arts community!

For the Yoga exercise wear comfy clothes and have a chair (or use a mat/meditation pillow if you want to sit on the ground.)
Suggested art materials, don’t stress if you don’t have everything
- Papers to paint on or an art journal
- Paint brushes
- Watercolour or acrylic paints or old markers
- Flat paint palette or dish for paint mixing
- Container of water
- Paper towel or rags
- Black thin marker, or any dark pens you have lying around
