This 90 minute drop-in experience is held the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month - through the end of July 2021. We explore the intersections of mindfulness and reflective/creative writing. Through guided meditations we ready ourselves to receive insights in the stillness of our practice. The first 20 minutes is devoted to centering ourselves and quieting the mind, followed by 20 minutes of reflective writing using a prompt. Time is also made available for individual sharing. As this is intended to be a safe space to explore and reflect, no one is required to share. In fact not sharing is both skillful and supportive and left up to each participant. Confidentiality is central to a successful and safe reflective writing experience. Registration required.
