Mindfulness and Self-Compassion practices are providing a powerful toolbox for emotional resilience. They can help us to manage challenging situations and times of instability and uncertainty with greater moment-to-moment acceptance and respond to difficult feelings with self-kindness. This workshop offers meditations, short talks, experiential exercises/inquiry as well as practical tools for becoming a warm and supportive companion to ourselves. We will have group discussions and connect in small groups – allowing us to experience our common humanity and to feel supported. This is a warm invitation to discover Mindful Self-Compassion with two experienced teachers who have been guiding MSC programs together for some years now.
