College of Marin - Wednesday Mindful Meditation Break
Join us every Wednesday from 12:40-1:30pm to take a Mindful Meditation Break. Each session, we will talk about a different aspect of stress management and how to take care of ourselves better. There will be a 10-15 minute meditation followed by a discussion period. Sessions will last about 30 minutes.

Take a few minutes to unwind and recharge during your busy day. You deserve it!
