VQA Wines of Ontario is excited to invite wine fans and food lovers to participate in our new series of #VQAatHome Live Chef Sessions! These complimentary virtual sessions will feature top chefs from around the world, who will school participants on the tips and tricks of the trade. Don’t miss these fun and informative live cooking sessions featuring signature seasonal dishes - all paired with local VQA wines.
The series kicks off on May 20th at 6:00pm EDT with Pastry Chef Anna Olson, cookbook author and media host, and Chef Michael Olson, professor at the Canadian Food & Wine Institute! Anna and Michael are inviting wine and food enthusiasts into their home kitchen studio (virtually) and will take us through a series of delicious seasonal spring recipes just in time for the May long-weekend. Each course will be paired perfectly with a local Ontario VQA wine style.
