Arts Leadership & Community Wellness: Building Resilience with Donors & Stakeholders

The Covid-19 pandemic has led to a whirlwind of changes in the arts industry. Many of our organizations, and the people within those organizations, are struggling right now. How do we cope with the pandemic as individuals? What can we do to help our organizations be resilient in the face of the pandemic? Come to this bi-state wide webinar series to learn more, from mental health experts and fellow arts leaders. We will have break-out sessions within the meeting to meet in small groups to further develop what was presented and find unique ways of implementation.

Keep an eye out for some discussion prompts closer to each session, so we can shape the presentation to meet the needs of our arts community.

Identify key techniques for communicating the importance of the survival of the arts in your community

Explore how to show stakeholders how they can aid in holistic pandemic recovery efforts by supporting your arts organization

Discuss how best to support your stakeholders as fellow community members, not just donors/funders/sponsors
