The YMCA's Weight Loss Program is designed to help people seeking a healthier weight to achieve their goals by making small, modest changes to their daily behaviors, and forming sustainable healthy habits. For 12 weeks of virtual classes via Zoom Meetings, you will be provided tools, knowledge and group support to help you develop plans that support your weight loss goals. Participants will be also provided with an E-Book and E-ToolKits to follow along with.
