Special Note about this class:
If sitting on floor, you need folded blankets or a bolster to sit on, a blanket or towel to place between shins when sitting cross legged. If sitting in a chair, your feet must reach floor, must be able to sit up straight, not reclined. Chair can have armrests. wall.

About your instructor:
Gary has been practicing Iyengar yoga since 1981, teaching since 1994. He began meditating in 1972 and has been practicing and teaching different techniques to help quiet the mind. His knowledge and humor are present in his classes.
