Over the last year, digital skills support has been turned on its head. As Covid-19 intensified the need for people to be online, organisations had to find new ways to help them. Quickly and inclusively. And remote support, whether that was by telephone, Zoom or email, became essential.
But now doors are re-opening, is it all going to bounce back to the face-to-face approach we had before? Or has the pandemic surfaced new remote ways to help more people with digital skills? The answer is probably a combination of both.
