Take a mid-week pause as UR staff member Roger Mancastroppa offers a 30-minute instruction in mindfulness and meditation.

Each week Roger will be teaching basic KORU mindfulness skills that build on each other, making the session perfect for those new to mindfulness and those looking to grow their practice alike!
