A well-rounded yoga practice for beginner and intermediate levels.

Suggested Props (get creative!):

1 belt (any kind of belt, tie, long scarf)
1-2 blocks (books)
2-3 blankets (ideally thick blankets, or towels)
1 chair
Wall space (if possible)
You can choose to attend one or more of the following sessions.
