Spring Equinox Restorative & Sound Healing w/ Jennifer

Celebrate the Spring Equinox, time of balance and renewal, in deeply relaxing reclining postures as Jennifer plays singing bowls and other magical, musical instruments to soothe your soul and elevate your vibration for Spring.

1.5hr practice - (all levels)
**This class requires LOTS of blankets and pillows **
Required props: 4 blankets, 2 pillows, warm socks
Optional props: eye mask or small cloth to cover eyes, a bolster, crystals to hold in your hands
