The risk management field is fast-growing, and is a rewarding and engaging career path. Risk managers play a variety of roles within an organization, helping businesses to identify, address and mitigate opportunities and threats that affect their objectives. One of the most common role is project risk manager. The duties of this role focus on modelling project cost and schedule risk, assessing how changes in market conditions, regulations and other factors might affect project decisions, and developing mitigation plans to increase the likelihood of project success.
