2x100 Quarterly

The idea for 10x100 emerged following the release of the latest report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which categorically states that humanity is at an unprecedented crossroads. Securing a livable future requires greenhouse gas emissions to have peaked by 2025 – less than 1,000 days from now – and then be further halved by 2030.

Vast transformation is required to make this transition possible. Yet change isn’t happening fast enough, nor at the planetary scale nor with the equitable distribution required. We asked ourselves: How could we change that? How could we bridge the gap between insight and action to ensure more actors working in and alongside the public policy landscape are using their influence to shift the dial on the planetary just transition within the next 1,000 days?

And so 10x100 was born – a mission-oriented management framework that tackles the polycrisis by supporting projects, organisations and networks to strategically align for giant leaps and XXL transformations through frequent learning in tangible timeframes of 100 days.

The public Mission Quarterlies offer a steady drumbeat and peer-learning approach with which to scale collective sensing and sensemaking towards real consequences. The gathering is open to anybody interested with the intention to give an overview of the current developments as well as focus on one 10x100 application, framed by interactive exchange between participants.
